You may return any unopened and unused item purchased from Cenegenics for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For Online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment.

All returns must be in the original condition; unopened and unused. All clearance items are final sale.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cenegenics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Additionally, please be advised that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we do not ship prohibited products, we ask that you verify your country’s import policies prior to ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs agency are non-refundable.

Make a return by mail:

Send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within 30 days of the shipping date.

For orders placed with PayPal:
Online orders paid for with PayPal and returned to Cenegenics may be refunded via merchandise credit for a future store purchase or refunded to the original Paypal account. Any merchandise credit will be valid for twelve (12) months from original issue date. If you would like a refund back to your PayPal account, return your order with receipt to:
